AI motion graphics are animated videos of designed elements, such as text, shapes, icons and charts, that an AI creates instead of an animator placing keyframes by hand. In this approach the AI does not generate video pixels: Claude Opus 5.5 writes the animation as code, and the code is rendered frame by frame into an MP4.
