1. Your videos

As between you and us, you own the videos generated for you and may use them commercially, as described in our Terms of Service. You are responsible for having the rights to any brand, logo, name or other material you ask us to include.

2. Our materials

The Opus55Vid website, software, styles, templates, sound design and branding belong to us or our licensors. You may use sound and visual elements only as part of videos you create with the Service.

3. Third-party trademarks

Opus55Vid is an independent product and is not affiliated with, sponsored or endorsed by Anthropic. Anthropic and Claude are trademarks of Anthropic, PBC. Other names and logos mentioned on this site belong to their owners and are used only to describe compatibility or to identify the owner.

4. Reporting infringement

If you believe content made with Opus55Vid infringes your copyright or trademark, email support@opus55vid.com with:

• your name and contact details, and who you represent;
• the work or mark you own;
• where the infringing content is (a link, or enough detail for us to find it);
• a statement that you believe in good faith the use is not authorised, and that the information in your notice is accurate;
• your physical or electronic signature.

We will review the notice, remove or disable the content where appropriate, and tell the user. If you are the user and believe the content was removed by mistake, you can send us a counter-notice with the same details and an explanation.

5. Repeat infringers

We close the accounts of users who repeatedly infringe the rights of others.
